• Orders are typically processed within 14 business days after payment confirmation.

• During busy or festive periods, processing may take slightly longer.

• Made-to-order kits, leather repair may require additional time for preparation.

We currently ship to:

• Singapore (Standard Delivery via local courier)

           SGD 3.9 Free delivery on orders over $30 

• International (select countries available at checkout)

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the courier.

5. Shipping Delays

Rebon Art Lab group is not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen courier issues.
We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving delivery concerns as best as we can.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@rebonartlab.com within 3 days of receipt (or expected delivery).
We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement where possible.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
