Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the courier.

Rebon Art Lab group is not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen courier issues.
We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving delivery concerns as best as we can.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@rebonartlab.com within 3 days of receipt (or expected delivery).
We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement where possible.
