Art Kit Orders (Individual & Bulk)

• Made-to-Order Policy: Every kit is assembled specifically for your order. Once production has commenced, a 40% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply.

• No-Return Policy: Due to the nature of craft materials and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• Damaged/Incomplete Items: If your order arrives with missing or broken parts, please notify us at hello@rebonartlab.com within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos. We will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Leather Restoration Services

• Service Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a late cancellation fee.

• Completed Services: Once restoration work is completed and approved upon collection, no refunds will be issued.

 

Subscription Services

• Pause & Cancel: You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
